RealSpace 3D (“we”, “us”) is a Canadian 3D rendering studio. This website, realspace3d.ca, exists so property developers and builders can learn about our rendering services and request a project estimate. This policy explains what information the site collects, why, and the choices you have.

Information you give us

When you submit the project estimate form, we collect what you enter: your name (optional), email address, phone number (optional), and details about your project (project type, size, deliverables, timeline, and anything you write in the message field).

We use this information for one purpose: to prepare your estimate and reply to you. We do not sell it, rent it, or add you to marketing lists.

Information collected automatically

Advertising click identifiers. If you arrive from an online ad, the link may include identifiers such as Google’s gclid and campaign parameters (utm_*). We store these in your browser (localStorage, kept for up to 90 days) and attach them to your estimate request so we know which ad campaign brought you here.

Analytics and conversion measurement. We use Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads conversion tracking, which set cookies and collect usage data (pages viewed, approximate location, device information) to measure how the site and our ads perform.

Enhanced conversions. When you submit the estimate form, the email address and phone number you provide may be shared with Google in hashed (one-way encoded) form solely to measure whether our ads led to an estimate request. Google cannot recover your details from the hash unless it already holds the same data.

Service providers

• Netlify hosts this website and processes form submissions (servers located in the United States). See Netlify’s privacy policy.
• Google provides analytics and advertising measurement. See Google’s privacy policy.

Retention

Estimate requests are kept for as long as needed to discuss and deliver your project, and for our business records afterward. Analytics data is retained per Google Analytics’ standard retention settings.

Your choices and rights

• You can browse the site and even submit the form without providing your name or phone number — only an email is required for us to reply.
• You can opt out of personalized advertising at Google Ads Settings and block analytics with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
• Under Canada’s PIPEDA and Alberta’s Personal Information Protection Act, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you, and withdraw consent to our use of it.
